Competitive Volleyball brings different dynamics to how your child learns to interact with others. The personal skills learned through the competitive environment at FJVC are just as crucial to possess when they become adults. We strive to combine that competitive environment with a learning environment so they can learn to bond with their team and become future leaders in their community. At the same time, we work towards preparing our players to become collegiate players. College recruiting rarely occurs in High School because of the limited number of players a college coach can assess. Tournaments offer a more economical and productive recruiting tool.
